NWS has issued a flash flood warning for Harris County until 245pm.
At 1250pm radar indicated a cluster of thunderstorms from Sugar Land to The Woodlands producing rainfall rates of 1-2.5 inches per hour. ALERT stations in the western part of the county over Addicks have recorded between 2.0-2.5 inches with this cluster.
