Work Continues in the Vicinity of the I-10/I-610 Interchange

WORK CONTINUES IN THE VICINTY OF THE I-10/I-610 INTERCHANGE
(Houston, Texas) - Starting tonight, October 31 at 9 p.m. through 5 a.m. Monday, one left lane of both the north and southbound mainlanes of I-610 between US 290 and San Felipe will be closed. Additionally, drivers can expect delays in the vicinity of the I-10/I-610 interchange over the course of next week due to scheduled nighttime closures as construction crews continue work on the interchange reconstruction.
MAJOR CLOSURES FOR THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 3, 2003
* Two right lanes will be closed nightly on I-610 northbound between Memorial and US 290 Monday, November 3 through Thursday, November 6 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
* Two left lanes will be closed nightly on I-610 southbound between US 290 and San Felipe Monday, November 3 through Thursday, November 6 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
* The direct connector from I-10 eastbound to I-610 northbound will be closed nightly Monday, November 3 and Tuesday, November 4 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Traffic will be detoured to I-610 southbound, exit and U-turn at Woodway to I-610 northbound.
* The direct connector from I-610 southbound to I-10 westbound will be closed Monday, November 3 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Traffic will be detoured to I-10 eastbound, exit and U-turn at Washington to I-10 westbound.
* One right lane of the direct connector from I-610 northbound to I-10 westbound will be closed Monday, November 3 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
* One left lane of the direct connector from I-10 westbound to I-610 northbound to will be closed nightly Monday, November 3 and Tuesday, November 4 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
